Refund policy

Returns

We offer a "no-hassle" 30-day return warranty for most products that we sell. Some types of goods cannot be returned and this is clearly indicated on the item details page. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, products of an intimate nature such as clothing, underwear, health appliances or sanitary goods.

Return Shipping

We will provide a prepaid return label for the following 2 conditions:

  1. Item arrived damaged or defective
  2. Item received was not what you ordered

If the item was received damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can file a claim with the carrier. Our carriers require us to inform them of a damage claim within 7 days or we are unable to make the claim. If we are unable to make the claim because of your delay, regrettably we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement item free of charge.

For all other returns, you will need to pay the shipping to return the item to us. We are happy to provide you with an unpaid return address label if you request one. We recommend that you return the item with tracking so you can be sure that the item is delivered to us. We cannot guarantee refunds if we do not receive the item and if you are unable to provide proof of delivery.

Refunds 

Refunds, if applicable, are always refunded to the original method of payment. We are not able to offer refunds to a different method.
